Sogrape chooses Ewen for master plan to expand Avintes center

Sogrape chose Ewen to develop a Global Master Plan for the project to expand and modernize the production and logistics hub in Avintes, which includes refurbishing and expanding the industrial facilities, improving the functionality and sustainability of the buildings and roads.

How Ewen supports Sogrape in planning and controlling projects:

The Master Plan developed by Ewen for Sogrape encompasses all project activities (design, procurement, manufacture, construction, equipment installation and testing). Ewen also developed deadline control systems and online tools allowing all team members to access the Master Plan.

This project includes defining and managing the interfaces between the various subcontractors and equipment suppliers.
