The JAP Automotive Group was founded in 1904 in Marco de Canaveses. With national coverage and representation of 16 automotive brands, the group is present in Portugal, Angola, Mozambique, Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya.
The group also includes Matrizauto, the largest megastore of semi-new vehicles, and the master franchise of Sixt Rent-a-Car in Portugal. The company has 3,200 employees and 200 establishments in 85 different locations.
